Itinerary
Day 1 :
Arrival in Srinagar and Mughal Gardens
On arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and transfer to the houseboat. Afterwards, visit the famous Mughal Gardens including Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashma Shahi and Pari Mahal or Shankaracharya Temple. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2 :
Srinagar — Sonamarg — Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed towards Sonamarg, 97 km from Srinagar, approximately 3.5 hours one way. Sonamarg lies in the Sindh valley, streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains, and is also the base for interesting treks to high-altitude Himalayan lakes. Visit the Thajiwas glacier by pony (at your own cost). Return to the Srinagar hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 :
Srinagar — Gulmarg Day Excursion
After breakfast, journey to Gulmarg, 55 km away. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. If the weather permits, you may also see Nanga Parbat, the mountain of over 26,000 feet that dominates the region. Enjoy a full day at leisure around the scenery of Gulmarg and visit Apharwat by Asia’s largest cable car (Gondola ticket at your own cost), which has two phases: Gulmarg to Kongdoori (Phase I) and Kongdoori to Apharwat (Phase II). In the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 4 :
Srinagar — Pahalgam Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, approximately 95 km one way, long one of the most popular hill stations for its beauty, healthy climate, vast meadows and adventure tourism. Enjoy views of the mountains and the river Lidder on the way. Explore the surroundings of Pahalgam such as Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari. A local taxi must be hired to visit these places, as outside tourist vehicles are not permitted. Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 5 :
Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

- All garden and monument entry fees, and room heater
- Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, telephone bills and tips
- Adventure activities such as safaris, rides, surfing and paragliding
- Any extra services such as permits, heater and meals
- Thajiwas Glacier trip at Sonamarg — this sightseeing is done by the local taxi stand at Sonamarg or by pony and is on a direct payment basis. Extra cost of chain vehicle from Gagangir to Sonamarg and back by union vehicle
- Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari trip at Pahalgam — this sightseeing is done by the local taxi stand at Pahalgam only and is on a direct payment basis
- Gondola tickets
- Baisaran and other Pahalgam valley points by pony or horse
- During heavy snowfall, the snow cab or chain Sumo from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and back is payable directly by the client
- Extra cost of Drang frozen waterfall sightseeing at Tangmarg by union vehicle (private basis up to 8 persons)
- Zero Point sightseeing at Sonamarg by union vehicle, at extra cost
- Anything else not listed in the inclusions above
